Since he began his career as a trial attorney over 23 years ago, Thomas S. Dillard has resolved hundreds of matters through arbitration, mediation and trial, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Now, utilizing his extensive litigation experience and mediation training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, he has committed his practice to full-time ADR. He also continues to serve as an Arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court and as a settlement Judge Pro-Tem. Prior to joining Judicate West, Mr. Dillard was a founding partner and full-time Mediator/Arbitrator with Resolve It, a conflict solution company. His experience includes all types of civil litigation, with particular expertise in medical malpratice, products liability, insurance defense, insurance coverage and all types of personal injury.
