Robert N. Dobbins, LLM, Esq.
| Since January of 2002, Mr. Dobbins has dedicated his practice to full time work as a neutral. He has successfully conducted hundreds of mediations and arbitrations in all types of disputes including Real Estate, Business/Commercial matters, Employment and all types of Personal Injury matters. Mr. Dobbins received his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in 2003 and Masters Degree in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School in 2001. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Straus Institute at Pepperdine Law School as well as the Undergraduate Dispute Resolution Certificate Program for the past four years. He is also an Adjunct Professor at U.C. Hastings Law School; and served as a panel moderator for the program, “Mediating the Litigated Case”. Mr. Dobbins is known for being particularly skilled in managing the emotional dynamics frequently experienced in Real Property disputes and Complex Commercial matters. He has also developed a particular skill in handling sensitive cross-cultural issues that underlie many of today’s conflicts. Combining his knowledge of the field and his mediator skills, Mr. Dobbins receives the highest praise for his persistence and patience in helping clients and counsel successfully build that elusive bridge between the dispute and its resolution.
