Byron M. Rabin, Esq.
| Mr. Rabin began his legal career as a civil trial lawyer in 1972 and became seriously involved in dispute resolution as a Judge Pro-Tem in 1977. In September, 1999, he became a full-time Mediator and Arbitrator, utilizing his experience as a Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court to resolve a wide range of Personal Injury related matters and is one of the most experienced neutrals in the area of third party litigation matters. As an Arbitrator, Mr. Rabin is known for his extensive knowledge and experience in assessing the value of all types of injury claims and for his ability to render decisions clearly, concisely and in a timely manner. He is also very flexible and open-minded, conducting his hearings to suit each party’s needs. As a Mediator, he is a great listener and practical neutral who utilizes creative solutions to resolve disputes and is known to pursue settlement even after a session ends.
