Hon. Michael Brenner, Ret.
| On October 8, 2007, after 20 years of service, Hon. Michael Brenner retired from the Orange County Superior Court where for the past 12 years he had been assigned to the Court’s Civil Panel, primarily in Dept. C-20 and having served as Supervising Judge of that panel for the years 2004-2005. During his 12 years on the Civil Panel, he actively tried and settled hundreds of challenging and often high profile matters. Judge Brenner brings to the private sector his reputation as a judge who can quickly master and apply common sense to difficult legal issues. He is also known as a judge who enjoys his work, and treats the attorneys and litigants who appear before him with dignity, courtesy and good humor. One prominent commercial litigator commented, “I can’t imagine anyone in my firm or any firm for that matter, not feeling comfortable bringing their cases to Judge Brenner. He’s Great!” |
