Thomas E. Gniatkowski, Esq.
| Thomas Gniatkowski, Esq. has been active as an arbitrator and mediator since 1986, when he began hearing matters for the San Diego Superior Courts. He has handled over 200 arbitrations and 600 mediations, both for the courts and privately. His areas of expertise include all types of Personal Injury, Breach of Contract, Real Estate, Fraud and Employment related matters. As an arbitrator, clients praise his thoroughness and impartiality. As a mediator, he is known to foster trust by developing an active dialogue with the parties.
