| After an outstanding 24 year career on the Municipal and Superior Court Bench in North County, Hon. Victor E. Ramirez is now focusing his time and energy serving as an Arbitrator, Mediator and Private Judge, as well as a part time Public Interest lawyer. Known for his strong, friendly personality and good sense of humor, lawyers always enjoyed appearing in his courtroom. His experience as a Judge and his diverse law practice focusing on civil matters prior thereto, including a start up banking venture, make this judge an ideal choice for a wide variety of civil disputes.
