Hon. Eric E. Younger, Ret.
| Since Judge Younger retired in 1995 from the Los Angeles Superior Court after 21 years of service, he has served as an Arbitrator, Mediator and Discovery Referee. While on the bench, he heard several hundred jury trials, several thousand court trials, law & motion hearings and settlement conferences. As a Private Judge, he has resolved thousands of cases involving all types of personal injury, employment, professional malpractice and business disputes. One attorney commented, "He is resourceful and pursuasive." As an Arbitrator, a client commented, "He is intelligent, articulate, and writes a detailed decision." Many attorneys agree he is particularly effective at resolving cases with complex legal issues and dynamics. |
