Marcus A. McDaniel, Esq.
| Marcus A. McDaniel became a full-time mediator after practicing as a litigator for eighteen years. Since 2003, Mr. McDaniel has successfully mediated hundreds of cases involving employment (including wage and hour class actions), business, personal injury, professional liability, insurance coverage and real estate disputes. Mr. McDaniel’s approach as a mediator is to be candid with both sides regarding the risks of continued litigation and to propose constructive solutions for moving the parties toward a reasoned settlement. His strong interpersonal skills enable him to effectively address the emotions and other intangible factors that sometimes create obstacles to reaching a satisfactory result. Mr. McDaniel spends most of his free time with his family and often coaches his two sons’ sports teams. He also enjoys playing tennis, jogging, weightlifting, reading and watching movies in his spare time.
