Cathy Bustamante
Case Manager
Cathy Bustamante, a Judicate West Case Coordinator based in the downtown Los Angeles office, also serves as the companywide Case Administration Training Coordinator. In that role, she helps educate employees and offers ongoing case administration training and support to all staff members to ensure the highest quality customer service. Cathy, who joined the Judicate West team in 1999 after working for the largest national ADR provider, played an integral part in developing and implementing company procedures. Her daily responsibilities include assisting parties in the selection of neutrals, coordinating hearing dates, and is one of the leaders of the downtown Los Angeles office responsible for much of its daily operations.

Cathy is a California native and enjoys summer evenings at the beach with her husband and two daughters.
