Rebecca Hessen
Director of Administration
Rebecca Hessen, the Director of Administration, oversees all office administration, manages Judicate West’s core technology systems and upgrades and handles billing and collections. Although Rebecca works mainly out of the corporate headquarters office in Santa Ana, she prides herself on the relationships she has established companywide with co-workers, neutrals and clients.
Rebecca joined the Judicate West team in 2002, relocating from Detroit, Michigan, after eight years in the medical industry. She started with the company performing general office and case administration, but through hard work, dedication and loyalty earned her position as Director of Administration.
“The most rewarding part about this job is waking up every day and being excited to go to work. I learn something new every day because I am surrounded with some of the best teachers. I value the knowledge I have gained from both my life experience and the ADR industry and feel privileged that Judicate West has given me so much opportunity.”
You will often find Rebecca showing off her latest pictures, as she is an avid amateur photographer. She also loves traveling, reading and discovering new things about her new home state of California.
