Director of Case Management and Senior Case Manager

Cris Jarrell, based in Judicate West’s corporate headquarters in Santa Ana, is known for her comprehensive ADR industry knowledge and expertise. She is sought after by many clients who need help selecting the best neutrals for their particular cases. Cris leads our Case Management team including our Senior Case Coordinators, and also is instrumental in career counseling for our newer panel members. In addition Cris is the primary Case Manager for several of the industry’s leading commercial neutrals.

 Cris has been with the company since 1997. Prior to her current duties, she held every staff position within JW, excelling at them all and consistently achieving increased levels of responsibility through the years. She is a licensed paralegal and notary public. 

Cris hails from South Africa and has lived in California since 1993. In South Africa, she worked in the restaurant business as a manager, was a headhunter for a personnel agency and worked in the banking industry.

Cris has a young son, was PTA president for two terms and volunteers regularly for Meals on Wheels.  She enjoys photography, reading all kinds of fiction and non-fiction books, watching classic movies, playing with her puppy Sachi, and is an avid yoga practitioner.
