Tom Neiger
Executive Vice President of Operations
Tom Neiger is Judicate West's Executive Vice President of Operations and is a member of the executive committee. He is responsible for overseeing and improving Judicate West’s client, Neutral and case administration processes and systems, and also manages centralized corporate functions such as finance and human resources. As a member of the JW executive committee, Tom is also working to expand Judicate West into new geographic markets and practice areas and is operationally supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion.
Tom came to Judicate West a few years ago after a 20 year career with Accenture, where he held numerous profit/loss and leadership positions, including managing partner of their west coast financial services business. Tom has operated and led large services organizations and has helped many mid-size companies improve their operations and service. Tom earned his Bachelors degree in Math and Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1987.
Tom is based in Judicate West’s corporate headquarters in Santa Ana and lives with his wife Tina and their 3 children in Orange County.
