Carole Wilson
Case Manager
Carole Wilson is a Case Manager and the supervisor of Judicate West’s Long Beach office. Carole has been with Judicate West since 1998, starting as a Case Administrator. Through the years, while working side-by-side with the executive committee and the senior team, she increased her knowledge of the industry and earned a promotion to Case Manager. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Carole assists the company with marketing materials for publications and industry events.
Prior to joining Judicate West, Carole worked in various service industries, all of which built the foundation for her success at Judicate West. Carole has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

I know that every day is going to bring new challenges and different cases. I love that I can assist clients in helping get their case settled, no matter how difficult it might be. There is a great satisfaction in getting the parties together and selecting neutrals who fit their cases.”
Carole and her husband, a 6th grade math teacher, live in Orange County. Carole’s favorite pastime is family, friends and Angels baseball.
