Introduction

Greg has been a litigator for over 35 years specializing in intellectual property, entertainment, employment and general business litigation. Throughout his career he has litigated and resolved hundreds of complex multi-party disputes before courts, juries, arbitrators and administrative agencies. His extensive experience has included roles such as lead counsel for a Fortune 500 company in a series of product liability actions, as well as long time outside litigation counsel for a major talent agency. For more than 10 years, Greg has served as a mediator and arbitrator in hundreds of disputes involving all types of litigants, including, actors, talent agencies, studios, production and record companies, musicians, small and large businesses, single plaintiffs, class representatives and their counsel, homeowners, partners, lawyers and their clients. He is known for his persistent, calm and steady approach, and for tactfully knowing when to be assertive and evaluative. Greg takes the time to understand the litigants in every case and helps them reach a resolution that fulfills their needs. He also takes into account the long-term business relationships of the parties. Many describe him as a mediator who has the perfect combination of good business sense and a compassionate ability to relate to people at every level. One attorney commented, "Greg has extraordinary patience and determination, but at the same time he's very practical and has a good business sense. He handled a mediation involving very sophisticated rights ownership issues, and the settlement probably could have cratered numerous times, but he kept bringing the parties back to the table even though the negotiations took well over six months to conclude. He's very dedicated and has a lot of perseverance."
