Mr. Carrington was a trial lawyer for 25 years during which time he tried scores of cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is an ABOTA MEMBER.
Mr. Carrington was an adjunct law professor at Pepperdine University Law School where he also received extensive mediation training. He has also taught law at UCLA, Western State and Santa Barbara College of Law.
Mr. Carrington has been a full time neutral since 1999 during which time he has mediated over 4,000 matters and arbitrated approximately 500 cases. He has also been a discovery referee in over 20 cases including toxic tort, traumatic brain injury, probate, business, construction defect, class actions and employment cases.
