Justice Devich retired from the California Court of Appeal in 1992. Thereafter, he served on a Civil Assignment hearing long cause matters in the Los Angeles Superior Court until 1996. Justice Devich started his career as an Arbitrator, Mediator, Discovery Referee and Private Judge in 1997.
