Michelle A. Reinglass, Esq.
| Since 1979, as a trial attorney Michelle Reinglass’s practice specialized in employment law. Starting in 1997, while in practice she frequently served as a Judge Pro Tem of the Orange County Superior Court in the Law and Motion Department and handled settlement conferences as well as serving as a mediator and arbitrator privately and through the Court. It was when Michelle decided to take a mediation training class at Pepperdine University in 2002 that she found her new passion and knew one day she would dedicate herself to full time dispute resolution. In January 2010, she did just that and is available to mediate and arbitrate throughout all of California. Her experience includes resolving hundreds of cases involving business disputes, personal injury and almost every area of employment including class actions. Ms. Reinglass frequently writes article and speaks on panels for various Bar journals and associations. One attorney commented, “Michelle’s abilities as a litigator serve her well as a mediator.
