Our Downtown Los Angeles office is in the heart of the action nestled between I-10 and U.S. Route 101, just south of I-110. Accessible from the Purple, Red, and Blue Lines of the Los Angeles subway, our building is only one block north of the 7th Street/ Metro Center Station and less than 20 miles north-east of LAX. This area has several dining options, bars, hotels, shops, and a coffee cart all within walking distance. The building parking is valet only and the lobby offers a newsstand and shoe shine vendor. Our 34th floor office offers breathtaking views of Los Angeles and its surrounding areas and features amenities including an expansive client lounge with two private work stations and complete business center. We offer 36 conference and meeting rooms, many of which offer multimedia options and charging stations. Our largest room seats over 20 individuals comfortably with plenty of room for more.
Located at the corner of Figueroa & Wilshire Blvd. (entrance to the parking structure is off Wilshire Blvd.) Building parking cost is $22.75 for the day with Judicate West validation. The parking structure has a ceiling clearance of 6 feet and 6 inches. Guests can also choose valet parking available across the street at 7th/Figueroa in front of The Engine Company (not eligible for Judicate West validation).
There are eight electric vehicle charging stations in our parking structure - 4 on P1 and 4 on P5. They are available on a first come first serve basis. The first three hours are free, and the charge is $5 per hour thereafter until the vehicle is moved.
From the garage elevators go to the lobby level and please check in with security desk, they will guide you to our suite.
