Our Downtown Los Angeles office offers breathtaking views of the city and features state-of-the-art amenities such as an expansive client lounge with two private workstations, a complete business center, and dining area. We offer 36 conference and meeting rooms, which feature multimedia options and charging stations.

Nestled between I-10 and U.S. Route 101, our 34th-floor office in the PwC building is accessible from the Purple, Red, and Blue Lines of the Los Angeles subway. Our building is only one block north of the 7th Street/Metro Center Station and less than 20 miles northeast of LAX.

The building's lobby offers an on-site sundry shop, a shoeshine vendor, and a coffee shop. Right across the street is the Intercontinental Hotel, one of the tallest buildings in LA, and offers several fine dining options and a rooftop bar, with shops nearby.

Parking & Directions

The building has both self-parking and valet parking, accessible off Wilshire Blvd., and costs $45.50 for the day; Judicate West offers a 50% discount with validation. The parking structure has a ceiling clearance of 6 feet, 6 inches. There are eight electric vehicle charging stations, four on P1 and four on P5. Open on a first-come, first-served basis, the spaces are free for the first three hours, then $5 per hour thereafter until the vehicle is moved.


Clients and guests will need to check in with the security desk in the lobby and will then be guided to the suite.

Judicate West's downtown Sacramento office is located within walking distance of the federal and state courthouses. The facility includes 13 private conference and meeting rooms, many of which offer views of the State Capitol Building and include seamless multi-media capabilities for presentations and video conferencing. The center also offers private workstations and a warm, spacious client lounge.

Our office is just across the street from the prestigious Landmark Citizen Hotel and the renowned Grange Restaurant & Bar. It is also merely steps away from the iconic Golden One Center, with easy access to world-class entertainment and sporting events.

Parking & Directions

The Park Tower Building Garage is located between 8th and 9th streets off J Street. Parking costs a maximum of $24 per day; Judicate West offers a 50% discount with validation.


There are 10 electric vehicle charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis: two in the accessible aisle, plus eight on the second level. There is no additional fee, but there is a maximum charge time of four hours.

Less than a mile south of I-5, our beautifully remodeled San Diego office is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown, between the courthouses and Santa Fe Depot train station, just a 10-minute drive from San Diego Airport, and within walking distance of a variety of hotels. It is minutes from the Gaslamp District, Petco Park, and Seaport Village.


Occupying Emerald Plaza's 24th and 25th floors, with panoramic views of Coronado Island, San Diego Bay, and Lindbergh Field, the space is outfitted with 29 conference and meeting rooms, a client lounge, a kitchen, and two private workstations for client use. For added comfort, there are two private, open-air balconies with ample seating and ocean views for the exclusive use of Judicate West.

Parking & Directions

The building's convenient valet-only parking service is shared with the Westin Hotel in San Diego and costs $10/hour or $30/day (a full day is three hours). The entrance to the structure, which has a 6-foot-2-inch ceiling clearance, is off Columbia Street. Alternate, metered parking is available on the surrounding streets, and neighboring parking garages range from $20-$40 for a full day.

Perched on the top floor of the aptly named 'Judicate West' building in Santa Ana is our headquarters/corporate office. It is located between Highways 55 and 57, and a quick ride from the Santa Ana train station or John Wayne Airport. The suite offers beautiful views of the local mountains and Catalina Island, 50 meeting and conference rooms, and a spacious client lounge. There is also a Jury Mediation room with jury seating, recording capabilities, and a two-way mirror to view mock trials, jury deliberation, case presentations, and focus groups.

The building's parking costs $18 per day; Judicate West offers a 50% discount with validation. The structure has an 8-foot ceiling clearance.


Seven ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis (four stations, located on Lower Level 2.) It costs $1.50 per hour for up to four hours, plus $3 every hour thereafter. Visitors are asked to move their cars within 15 minutes of completing their charge; after that, vehicles may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

The parking entrances for Watt Plaza are located on the ground level of the parking structure. The main entrance is located on Century Park East, north of the 1875 Century Park East Building. Visitor parking for the building is located on the up-ramp between the first and second levels. Parking is $35/day.
