SACRAMENTO; July 2, 2018 – Judicate West, one of California’s leading providers of private dispute resolution services, welcomes experienced mediator Melissa Blair Aliotti to its exclusive roster of neutrals.

A part-time private mediator and arbitrator since 2010, and full-time since 2016, Aliotti draws upon more than 30 years of legal experience, resolving all types of matters relating to construction, premises liability, products liability, personal injuries, and landlord tenant and habitability. She volunteered as an arbitrator, mediator and settlement judge for local courts before embarking on her private mediation practice. Since 1998, Aliotti has served as a judge pro tem and settlement officer for the Sacramento County Superior Court. She frequently participates on educational seminars focused on litigation and dispute resolution topics.

Aliotti currently serves as vice chair for the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution section and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution sections of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. She has been ranked as a “Top Lawyer” by Sacramento Magazine in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Aliotti holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell. She received her J.D. from the Monterey College of Law (1987) and her B.A. from San Diego State University (1983).
