Cathy Bustamante is based out of the company's Downtown Los Angeles office. Cathy began her dispute resolution career in 1997 and joined Judicate West in
1999. She has served in various capacities over the years and has become a true industry professional with a complete understanding of the ADR processes
and client needs. In her current role, her primary responsibilities are to manage client relationships and business development, provide neutrals with
outstanding support and mentor team members.
She draws upon her knowledge and experience daily to provide leadership in the Downtown Los Angeles office as well as serving as a senior case manager.
