Mediation Fee Schedule

There is no charge to submit a case to Judicate West. The initial consultation with one of our case managers is free.

The fee schedule applies once a hearing is scheduled.

Hourly rates depend on the mediator selected. Their hourly rates range from $300.00 - $800.00 per hour. Many mediators offer half day and full day rates. Half-days include up to five hours inclusive of review and preparation time & full days include up to ten hours inclusive of review and preparation time.

Arbitration and Private Judging Fee Schedule

The initial consultation with one of our case managers is free.

The fee schedule applies when a matter is submitted to Judicate West with an agreed upon Arbitrator and the initial disclosure reports are sent to all the parties.  For initiating commercial contract cases, a minimum of $300 applies, payable upon submission.

Hourly rates depend on the arbitrator selected. Their hourly rates range from $300.00 - $660.00 per hour.
