Mock trials are more elaborate than focus groups and can take many forms. With a tailored research questionnaire, this method achieves many practical goals, measures credibility and provides insight as to how attorneys and witnesses are perceived.

Dr. Cynthia Cohen has been sought after for over twenty years to offer her insight and expertise in the area of Jury Consulting. She speaks at Bar Associations across the country and comments on jury behavior for CNN and other media. Verdict Success specializes in jury research, trial strategies, and settlement decision-making. Dr. Cohen conducts mock trials, case strategy research, focus groups, community attitude surveys, jury selection, trial analysis, shadow juries, juror interviews and mediation analysis. |

For a cost effective mock trial, we offer a package that includes the use of our Mock Trial Facility for the day, a 7 hour mock trial, recruitment and compensation of 24 jurors, refreshments, snacks and a meal, additional conference rooms for meeting and conferring, and 40 hours of professional services including preparation and analysis, group moderation, theme development and strategy suggestions. The price of this package is $22,000.
For a larger mock trial, we offer a package that includes the use of our Mock Trial facility for the day, an 8 hour mock trial, a jury research questionnaire, recruitment and compensation of 24 jurors, refreshments, snacks and a meal, additional conference rooms for meeting and conferring, and 80 hours of professional services including preparation and analysis, group moderation, theme development, questionnaire analysis and strategy suggestions. The price of this package is $34,000.
