Heather Reed

Heather Reed is a seasoned pioneer in the ADR field, offering nearly three decades of experience. She serves as a mentor and consultant to the entire Case Management team while also focusing on client relations. She regularly attends industry events and is actively involved in business development for the company. Her responsibilities also include serving as a Senior Case Manager to several neutrals with complex, active practices. She received her master's degree in dispute resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with Phi Beta Kappa honors. Heather is a longtime triathlete, competitive USTA tennis player, and certified birth coach. She and her husband Matthew lead a very active lifestyle with their four children, Shelagh, Sage, Kai, and Hansen.
