Rachelle Snow plays an integral role in the daily operations of Judicate West and works collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure consistency and efficiency across all platforms. Joining the company in 2006, she helped shape the operations department, aiding in its evolution and expansion as the company grew. She is based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Santa Ana.
Rachelle takes great pride in managing the operations team, especially in supporting the career development of her colleagues. She is grateful for the mentorship she received early on at Judicate West and strives to pay it forward.
Outside of the office, Rachelle enjoys spending time with her family, perfecting her photography skills, traveling, and catching up on the latest tv shows.
