Operations Administrator

Judicate West has an immediate opening for a full-time Operations Administrator who is highly motivated and detail oriented.  We are looking for an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and strong attention to detail who naturally embodies the core values that have kept us thriving for almost 30 years.  

Responsibilities

The candidate will provide administrative support for professional mediators, arbitrators, and our case management team by:

  • Learning all aspects of custom software programs for data entry while maintaining data integrity
  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Managing incoming and outgoing documents
  • Maintaining incoming legal documents containing confidential information
  • Providing support for the case management team by generating scheduling notices, invoices, and administrative support for outstanding receivables
  • Becoming an active and engaged participant in weekly team meetings

Required experience and capabilities

College degree

Minimum 2 years' legal or professional experience

Exemplary interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Answering multi-line phones

Outgoing personality and natural conversationalist

Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidential information

Capable to work independently and prioritize tasks with a high level of attention to detail
